They therefore only use Quality British Pork for their products sourced from East Anglian farms. The Norfolk cure, which is a special blend of salts, sugars and other special ingredients has been developed to give optimum flavour and products contain No Added Water.

At their family farm in Haynes, Bedfordshire, 3 generations work together to ensure the wellbeing of their British Landrace Pigs whilst giving their customers the best quality meat. Where possible they source from local farmers in the Beds and Bucks area. They try to support rural industry and give their consumer a choice of what and where to buy.
